• Female Self Driven, Proactive Sales and Admin lady for a company working into villas maintenance business for high end community in Dubai. Ability to manage and work independently and supervise a complete team to ensure they are motivated and driven. High level of English language communication skill, discretion, and integrity. Experience on ERP/CRM systems. Ability to do sales on maintenance contracts and train and counsel junior staff where required and to performance manage sales if needed. Flexibility to work under pressure and as required to achieve targets. Well presented, high standards of hygiene and able to always maintain a professional outlook. Father or husband visa will be given preference. Office timing: Monday till Saturday 8:30 am till 5:30 pm location near Ibn Battuta Mall (metro stn available); Mid age preferred. Degree Holder in related field. Computer literate. Min 1 yr local experience preferably in a similar role. This position can grow to Office Manager if efficiency and productivity are proven.
