Job Discription
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and courteous manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
Manage the reception area, including keeping it clean and organized.
Handle inquiries and provide information to visitors regarding the company and its services.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage conference room bookings.
Receive and distribute mail and deliveries, and coordinate courier services.
Maintain security by following procedures and monitoring access to the premises.
Assist with other administrative duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
