Job Discription
Responsibilities:
– Ensure accuracy and effectiveness in all accounting tasks and reports.
– Manage accounti processes for clients.
– Identify and automate core accounting processes to improve efficiency and ensure accurate, timely, and consistent reporting.
– Utilize the client’s existing accounting software or assist with the implementation of a new accounting software platform.
– Generate accurate and factual reports showcasing the client’s overall financial health during the accounting period.
– Prepare various reports including &, P&L, banking, balance sheets, inventory, resource usage, cash flow, and business performance.
– Support the Senior Accountant in financial management accounting and reporting procedures to aid in the client’s strategic business planning and projected growth.
– Utilize technology to enhance customer efficiency and improve the customer experience.
– Assist with account reconciliations and provide other bookkeeping services as required.
– Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirement
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
– Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
– Strong financial analysis skills and thorough knowledge of accounting procedures.
– Highly analytical with extreme attention to detail.
– Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
– Demonstrates high aptitude and independent judgment.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
– Proficient in using relevant technology and quick to learn new software platforms.
– Possesses strong business aen.
