Reporting
The Facilitator reports to the expatriate management team and is supervised by the
Program Manager. The Facilitator engages regularly with the M&E team.
As a contractor, the FC may be working from a home office, the FC will be
expected to have an internet connection and be accessible during work hours via
telephone. IRI will provide the FC with a company laptop for use in fulfilling work
duties. The FC will be expected to exhibit ethical, non-partisan behavior in all
actions undertaken for IRI and will be expected to adhere to IRI’s confidentiality
policy.
