Job Description
Responsibilities:Develop and customize Odoo modules and applications based on the requirements of different departments.Create new features and functionalities within the Odoo framework.Design and implement custom reports and dashboards using Odoo reporting tools.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and propose effective solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Odoo modules and applications.Provide support and training to end-users on Odoo functionalities and usage.Stay up to date with the latest Odoo developments and best practices.Perform system upgrades and patches to ensure the Odoo environment is up-to-date and secure.Assist in database management, backup, and migration tasks for the Odoo system.Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth integration of Odoo with other systems.Manage user access and security settings within Odoo to ensure data integrity and compliance.Monitor Odoo system performance and make recommendations for improving efficiency and user experience.Document Odoo processes, customizations, and configurations for future reference and compliance.Participate in the evaluation and selection of hardware and software technologies related to the Odoo ecosystem.Provide after-hours support for critical issues related to Odoo and associated IT infrastructure.
