Hiring Senior Finance Specialist
Department: Finance & HR
Supervisor: Finance Director
Key Responsibilities:
Execution of for payments to suppliers, employees, and other parties.
Monitoring:
Balances of cash on bank accounts;
The execution of payments by the bank;
Incoming and return payments;
The presence of supporting documents for payments (contracts with suppliers/clients, basis for payments to employees);
Commission fees and exchange rates for currency conversion operations;
Reflection of financial operations in time and accorcing to the process
Working with the ERP system (1C:Enterprise) in terms of processing and accounting for incoming and outgoing payments, including but not limited to:
Entry of planned periodic payment orders;
Creation of counterparty cards;
Uploading data into the system from banks;
Validation and correction of identified discrepancies.
Developing forecast short-term and long-term payment schedules.
Managing accounts receivable and payable with clients and suppliers, including but not limited to:
Accounting for credit notes to customers and from suppliers;
Record and control of bonus agreements with customers and suppliers;
Preporation and coordination of reconciliation statements with counterparties.
Participation in:
Employee payroll payments;
Control of commercial policy (in terms of payments).
Preparing information, reports, and documents for internal (management, related departments) and external (banks, tax authorities, auditors) recipients.
Candidate Requirements:
Education: Higher education in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
Experience: At least 5 years in accounting positions.
Professional Skills:
Knowledge of accounting and managerial accounting;
Experience with ERP systems (advanced user of 1C);
Proficient in MS Excel;
Knowledge of Power Query is welcomed.
Personal Qualities: Analytical thinking, high degree of self-organization, ability to multitask, initiative, responsibility, accuracy, attention to detail, and proficiency in English sufficient for working with financial documents.
Employment Conditions:
Work Schedule: 5/7, from 10:00 to 19:00 (Dubai time: UTC +04:00).
Probation Period: 3 months.
Salary: From 12,000 AED.
