Head of Salesat Injazat IPICResponsibilities:? Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analysis. ? Develop annual sales plan and goals in support of Injazat?s business strategy and objectives. ? Lead the Sales department and set department?s KPIs that will contribute to the successful achievement of Injazat business strategy ? Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly bookings (TCV) and review progress against plan ? Develop and lead any corrective actions required to bring performance back to plan ? Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major prospects and partners to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships. Sales & Business Development ? Apply region-specific information and tools, such as: sales processes, competitive insights, sales best practices, lessons learned from opportunity reviews, working with third-party intermediaries during pursuits and clients needs for business solutions within targeted industries. ? Drive efforts to expand and grow Injazat market share and presence through establishment and cultivation of ongoing relationships ? Update the organization on changing marketing trends so that the organization can prepare and regulate plans accordingly ? Ensure/validate that Injazat can meet delivery commitments. Develop/validate solution, delivery and review/challenge costing assumptions. ? Supervise the entire Sales Department to implement and execute Injazat?s sales policies and practices by growing existing business and identifying and winning new business. ? Evaluate business opportunities by applying deep analysis and provides sound decisions and recommendations during ?Business Opportunities evaluation meetings?. People Supervisory ? Build, develop and manage the Sales & Bid Managers? capabilities. ? Motivate and lead the Sales & Bid Managers ? Attract, recruit and retain required personnel.Technical requirement:? Specialized training in sales/negotiation/win strategies ? Local market knowledge preferred ? Excellent communication skills. ? Strong commercial awareness. ? A confident and determined approach. ? Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection. ? A high degree of self-motivation and drive. ? The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. ? The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment.
