Description:
Responsibilities
1. Create visual communication and content assets for the Company and its subsidiaries.
2. Collaborate with teams to best support larger media goals.
3. Take the initiative on projects to deliver new and innovative design solutions.
4. Adhere to brief guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries.
5. Create graphic templates, presentations designs, website layouts, etc., for the Company
6. Handle the social media accounts and post regularly.
7. Be able to create lead generation ads and display ads on Google and other social media channels
8. Research advertising trends and competitors’ pricing and products
9. Advise on appropriate placement of ads
10. Develop content for projects
11. Implement email marketing campaigns
12. Monitor social media and Google Analytics
13. Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to Management
14. Scale campaigns to maximize ROI
15. Create Videos for social media content
16. Create monthly construction update videos to share with clients
