Preparing customer visits by collecting data from all the concerned departments and sharing it with supervisor/manager before the visit
Visiting customers to collect information about their performance to identify customer?s status
Handling and resolving customer complaints, obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries to ensure high-level satisfaction and determining future requirements
Promoting Imdad consumables, Estore and Imdad patient?s websites according to the KPIs
Studying and analyzing customer?s details after updating their contacts and competitor?s data to define the improvement criteria
Reporting and reviewing weekly reports in regards to customer visits, customer feedback, Customer information and KPI reports to CSD Supervisor/ CSD Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or Diploma in Business administration or any other related field
1-5 years of experience in the Client Support / Customer Service field
