We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at IFMNS.
(Proficiency in English and Arabic will be a plus)
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the cosmetics or beauty industry, with 3-4 years of relevant experience. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. You will represent our brand at trade shows, events, and client meetings, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to identify new opportunities and contribute to the development of sales strategies. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a passion for cosmetics and beauty products, and a results-driven mindset.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, while also identifying and acquiring new accounts.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to represent the brand and generate leads.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, including forecasting and pipeline management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
