Hiring Finance Administrator. The main responsibilities are as follows:
Manage Receivables – Daily & Monthly
Manage Payables – Daily & Monthly
Monitoring BG & LC Security & Price Updation in Oracle
Unblock Sales Orders after seeking approvals as per policy
Strict Adherence to Credit Control Policy
Conduct Monthly Cycle Count of all Stores as per Policy
Monthly Sales MIS Report & Daily Sales Report
Weekly Sales & GC Analysis – actual & projected for the month basis orders booked
Expense Analysis
Freight Inward & Outward Reconciliation
Assist FM in Annual Budget Preparation
