We are looking to hire Junior Social Media Ninjas to add spice to our clients digital presence.
We are seeking a Junior Social Media Ninja to join Idea Spice, a leading Branding and marketing firm that has been leading innovative thinking for the last 20 years.
You will work closely with our clients to develop and execute social media strategies that align with their business objectives. You will be responsible for managing and growing their social media presence across various platforms, driving engagement, and enhancing brand visibility. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our clients’ digital marketing campaigns and gain valuable experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with clients and the agency team to develop social media strategies that align with their marketing goals, target audience, and brand identity.
2. Content Creation and Curation: Create and curate engaging and compelling content for clients’ social media channels, including written copy, images, videos, and graphics, to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
3. Social Media Management: Monitor and manage clients’ social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc., ensuring consistent brand representation, timely responses to comments and messages, and fostering community engagement.
4. Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, including content scheduling, ad creation, influencer collaborations, and monitoring campaign performance.
5. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and provide insights on campaign performance, audience behavior, and recommendations for optimization.
6. Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with social media trends, emerging platforms, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure clients’ social media strategies remain effective and competitive.
7. Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on social media performance, campaign results, and recommendations for improvement.
8. Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members, including graphic designers, content writers, and account managers, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies across various channels.
