We are looking for an experienced HR and Administrative Secretary position for our Delux Star Property in Albarsha, Dubai.
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees, management, and external third parties.
Proficiency in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office records.
Supporting HR in tasks such as onboarding, orientation, training logistics, and maintaining employee databases.
Maintaining employee files, updating databases, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Assisting in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, pay attention to details, and maintain accuracy in administrative tasks.
Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
Capability to identify issues, propose solutions, and assist in resolving HR-related or administrative challenges.
Preferred candidates to be locally available in UAE.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in the hotel or service industry.
Salary will be determined based on the candidate’s performance during the interview.
