Job Description
To provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support to GM’s Office in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner Duties and responsibilities: Responsible for management activities inside the company. Receive the company communications. Organize travel for General Manager. Implementing new procedures and administrative systems. Prioritizing workloads. Provides administrative support to the General Manager. Schedules and coordinates appointments, meetings and events, including registration as necessary. Transcribe drafts, proofreads and review correspondence, memos, agendas, minutes, resolutions. Assists GM in the completion of various forms, notices, press releases and other communications, which may require posting and/or publication. Disseminate information to department managers. To ensure and adhere high level of confidentiality. Record/maintain all emails messages of general manager in case of he is outside Qatar and update the same once he comes back. Coordinate with the Department managers as per the advice of General Manager. Performs all related duties as assigned by the GM.
Skills
Very good in communication Skills. Ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritize tasks and workload. Perfect in use of computer and MS Office programs. Presentable. Time management. Strong organisational skills. Reliability and honesty. Teamwork.
