We are currently looking for a bright, energetic Team Leader – Front Office to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering the brand promise through smooth and efficient running of Reception, Guest Services and Concierge and assisting the Front Office operations in general. In this highly visible role that gives opportunity for casual conversations and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience, your key responsibilities will be to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience in the hotel with the focus on the exceptional guest service through dealing promptly and efficiently with guest queries.

Exceptional interpersonal skills showing care and the ability to connect and care for our guests

Ability to work under pressure
Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic would be an advantage
