Job Description
- Maintain all master agreements templates and update as needed to ensure robustness .
- Draft appropriate contracts and amendments for new and existing clients utilizing standard templates .
- Track, maintain, and report status of contracts including renewals and those in negotiation .
- Scrutinize, critically review, and interpret contract provisions and terms ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and standards.
- Review potential/ suggested contract changes with Contracts Manager and effectively communicate them to legal, finance, and other impacted managers on a timely basis.
- Recognize unique contract requirements, characteristics, and issues as they arise and proactively keep head of Contract Administration and appropriate managers/ team informed.
- Evaluate claims received from contractors or consultants in a timely manner so as to mitigate claims and disputes .
- Follow contract administration practices and office procedures and formulate appropriate improvements .
