• Provide overall administrative and logistical support to the Facilities Services Section of the Administration Services Department.
• Prepares and updates all facility management and support services reports and maintains an archive of all services documentation.
• Assists in the implementation of company policies and procedures related to the Administration Services Department.
• Assists in monitoring of renewal of the company’s insurance policy.
• Requests and submits quotations for purchase requisitions and projects.
• Provides general clerical support to the Facilities Section.
• Receives complaints and requests for repair, replacement of furniture, office or minor moves.
• Carries out and performs other related duties as specified and when required and assigned by the line Manager to improve or enhance the efficiency of department work and performance.

Skills

• Bilingual, Fluent in English and Arabic communication.
• Experience with MS Office, Excel – High Proficiency.
