Description:
Detail-oriented sales officer to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales team. Coordinating sales activities and maintaining a good customer relationship.
Responsibilities
· Handling all Sales Administration related duties.
Communicating to customers, either face to face or over the phone
Gain an understanding of company’s diverse product knowledge to meet the customers’ need.
Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of available company products, and then documenting them
Carry out cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings
Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up courtesy calls
· Keep abreast of the company profile along with the required information on the product line that would help the company to present it to the potential clients/customers.
· Ensure the adequacy of sales related materials.
· Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
· Understanding client’s needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client’s questions and follow-up calls; responding to client’s requests for proposals (RFPs).
· Sending proposals and business intend to potential clients as directed; in a timely manner.
· Preparing aspects of bids and quotations, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer.
· Update CRM.
· Keeping yourself updated with the market trends and where possibly the company can bid in for tenders.
Respond to tender documents, proposals, reports and supporting literature
Manage workload in order to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals
