Dear all,Airswift is currently looking for an expat Logistics Division Manager for one of our largest projects in Qatar. This position requires availability for relocation to Qatar. We are looking for candidates with the drive and commitment to make a genuine difference in our performance to ensure that company continues to differentiate itself from competitors by delivering quality service to our client?s requirements.Job Purpose:Directs the delivery of all aspects of Offshore Structures (i.e., Topsides, Jackets, Decks, Bridges, Brownfield Structural Modifications, weight control and management) detailed design, technical and execution definition, selection and design, procurement, installation, and testing/commissioning. Ensures that related technical requirements fully comply with project requirements and effectively collaborates and interfaces with PMT and EPC contractor engineers and operations personnel (as required) to ensure that the Offshore Structures scope of supply is fully integrated and optimised. Provides leadership and expertise to Offshore Structures Team and EPC contractor, vendors and/or engineering subcontractors, as required, to ensure quality assurance and production timing of the Offshore Structures engineering deliverables is in accordance with the approved project execution schedule and budget.ÿRequirements:Bachelors Degree in engineering discipline 20 years overall experience, 15 years? relevant experience (oil and gas industry) with 5 years at senior project engineering / engineering supervision level with overall responsibility for engineering execution of large topsides projects (>20,000t). Broad and extensive knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, safety criteria, offshore facilities and structural design, construction, operations, and engineering administration.
