A Spa Therapist for the Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre is responsible for providing professional treatments and services for guests, including but not limited to body and facial treatments, massages, home care advice and tour of the facilities. Maintaining safety and cleanliness and ensuring guest satisfaction regarding all areas of Spa services in accordance with company standards.

What will I be doing
As a Spa Therapist for the Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre, you are responsible to perform various body and facial treatments to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Perform various treatments such as facials and body treatments
• Up-sell of spa treatments and retail products by advising individual home care
• Accurately explain spa menu and packages to guests
• Excellent knowledge of all spa facilities including current and future services and promotions
• Understand and anticipate guest needs
• Maintain accurate schedule of all treatment reservations
• Greet and welcome all incoming and outgoing guests
• Provide an exceptional guest experience from point of arrival through check out by providing personalised service
• Attending departmental meetings and trainings as required
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness at all times

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to empathize guest needs
• Committed to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
• Excellent grooming and cleanliness standards
• Educuational degree in related field
• Locally available to perform a technical trial

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Experience in Manicure and Pedicure treatments
• Previous experience in a luxury environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a consistently professional and helpful manner
