Job Description
The Kids Club Animator is responsible for ensuring the young guest experience whilst they enjoy the Hotel’s Kids Club facilities, including the activities. You will be responsible for taking care of them with a warm and sincere welcome. Monitoring the young guest needs and safety, ensuring that all Kids Club responsibilities are carried out in an efficient and timely manner is paramount to this role.
What will I be doing
As a Kids Animator, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting guests immediately with a sincere and friendly welcome
- Assists guests with their needs in the kids club area.
- Respond to guests requets, comments and concerns in a timely manner.
- Organizing activities for the kids.
- Create a safe environment for all children attending the kids club.
- Ensure all parents fill in the registration form for their children correctly, containing the history of the child.
- Create an inventory of all toys /equipment at the club.
- Ensure all the equipment are clean and properly maintained.
- Ensure to follow daily, weekly and monthly activities schedules as instructed by the Kids Club Manager.
- Ensure all the clubs rules and regulations are enforced at all times.
- Be fully aware of the club’s facilities, timings, promotions and prices.

- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required
- Assimilate into The Hilton Family PRIDE understanding, supporting and participating in all elements of PRIDE.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of the service standard.
- Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which maybe established by Hilton from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.
- Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including of termination of employment.

- Ability to listen and communicate effectively with resort guests,kids and othe team member.
- Previous experience in kids club and child care.
- Good command of English and interpersonal abilities are additional required .
- Good computer skills.
- Must be able to speak and write English.
- Highschool graduate or equivalent required.
- Dimploma or a vocational training in kindergarten / children care related filed with previous similar work experience.
