Cluster Reservations Manager Thispositionreportsdirectly to the Cluster Commercial Director with a dotted line to the RMCC Cluster Revenue Manager. Theprimaryresponsibilityof thispositionistoassisttheCRM withcapacity thresholds, forecasting, group maintenance and distribution channel database integrity. This includes efforts to support and improve systems data quality and accuracy, as well as overall systems utilization and consistency. This is accomplished through continuous improvement in alignment with Hilton Hotels Corporation objectives for Operational Excellence, Revenue Maximization, and Value Creation.
What will I be doing
Cluster Reservations Manager, you are responsible for achieving occupancy targets/levels as identified in the annual budget and marketing plan for Reservations. The Cluster Reservations Manager will work with the Sales and Events Teams to develop future and repeat business opportunities. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards
.Managing and maintaining group and transient inventory controls.
.Daily review and implementation of room accommodation and rate inventory controls in
.OnQ PMS and OnQ R&I. Includes weekly implementation of roll-in controls.
.Work with GC&E to ensure effective and efficient management of group inventory daily –provide direction when needed on cut-off date extensions and additions to inventory.
.Share all blackout dates with team and review monthly to determine if adjustments are needed.
.Maintain accurate demand information in OnQ PMS.
.Work with FrontOffice to ensurethat sell-out strategiesare in place.
.OnQ PMS and OnQ R&I are balanced daily.
.Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic audits and monitoring of the systems to ensure proper use and compliance of HHC revenue management and sales systems standards and procedures.
.Ensure that all emails and phonecalls are attended to within 24hours.
.Maintain communication with HRCC to ensure they are aware of hotel updates.
.Participate in weekly revenue management meetings, to include the following as standard agenda items: review of 120-day booking window pace for group and transient, pricing strategies, marketing opportunities and competitive environment.
.Daily review of Reservation Quality Control reports, Early Departure Report, Daily Transaction reports and Overrides report. Address concerns and action plans with Revenue Team
.Advise Revenue Management of marketing opportunities, particularly over need periods.
.Review No Show and Late Cancellation reports on monthly basis
.Review Rebates and take action accordingly
.Perform all functions of the Revenue Management as required.
.Provide critical analysis of strategies, room statistics and demand factors:
.Analyse past and present trends and make recommendations for future strategies.

.Strong experience or adaptable training in the use of automated systems, personal computers and software programs.
.Experienced as Front Office Manager, Revenue Manager, or Director of Sales of a small property preferred. Related analytical experience essential.
