Key Responsibilities:

• Operate assigned equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Record, analyze, and report production data.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work area.
• Adjust equipment.
• Set up and change over equipment

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in any manufacturing industry is a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to operate CNC machines and other types of metal shop production equipment.
• Ability to analyze information and concepts.
• Ability to collaborate with others and work independently.
• Ability to identify key details.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Creative thinking and idea generation.
• Light manufacturing experience.
• Ability to communicate information clearly.

Working Conditions:

• Metal shop environment.
• Able to lift to 40 pounds.
• Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which is required in designated areas.
