Job Summary:
As a Kitchen Crew member, you will play a critical role in the culinary operations of our establishment. You will work closely with the kitchen team to prepare, cook, and plate a variety of dishes while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your attention to detail and teamwork are vital for delivering high-quality food to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Food Preparation: Assist in food preparation activities, including chopping, slicing, dicing, and marinating ingredients as
directed by the kitchen staff.
2.Cooking: Follow recipes and cooking instructions to prepare a variety of dishes, such as appetizers, entrees, and
desserts.
3.Cooking Equipment: Operate kitchen equipment, such as ovens, stovetops, grills, fryers, and microwaves, ensuring
proper temperature and cooking times.
4.Plating and Presentation: Plate and garnish dishes according to established standards to ensure they are visually
appealing.
5.Quality Control: Monitor the quality and freshness of ingredients, and report any issues to the kitchen supervisor.
Candidate Requirement
Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items.
