A leading international professional services company is looking to hire a Senior Legal Officer based in Riyadh, KSA.
Your Responsibilities
- Review agreements and any written commercial documents that create a binding obligation upon the company and highlight all parts that impose a contractual risk on the company.
- Draft and edit contractual terms and conditions to eliminate or mitigate contractual risks.
- Negotiation with customer and vendors.
- Research and monitor government regulations updates.
- Create legal cases and manage lawsuits in coordinate with external law firms as appropriate.
- Prepare complaint/claim letters.
- Draft and review responses to customers or vendors complaints/claims ensuring these responses are drafted in a professional manner that serves the company best interest.
- Manage labor litigations.
Your Qualifications
- Minimum 3 – 7 years of relevant work experience, at least one year practice with a law firm
- Very good speaking skills in English language.
- Able to communicate and interact effectively with others.
- Good persuasion skills.
- Good information analysis and research skills.
- Sharp eye for detail and the ability to concentrate for long periods of time.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to meet deadline
- Arabic speaker is essential
