Job Overview:As a Junior Business Development Manager at Halian International, you will play a vital role in expanding our client portfolio and driving business growth within the recruitment sector across the GCC. You will collaborate with our experienced team to identify opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, and promote our recruitment services. If you are a motivated, goal-oriented individual with a passion for business development and a keen interest in the recruitment industry, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients across the GCC region within the recruitment industry. Develop and maintain a robust client pipeline.Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competition, and client needs in the recruitment sector. Utilize this knowledge to formulate effective business development strategies.Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions.Sales Strategy: Create and implement a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets. Collaborate with senior team members to devise and execute effective sales campaigns.Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing Halian Internationals recruitment capabilities and value proposition.Negotiation and Closure: Lead negotiations, facilitate contract discussions, and ensure successful client onboarding.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales and business development activities, providing regular updates to management.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including recruiters and HR specialists, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.Market Expansion: Explore opportunities for business expansion, including potential new markets or service offerings.Qualifications:1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Goal-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Knowledge of the local recruitment market and industry trends in Saudi Arabia is a plus.Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
