Purpose Reporting to the Manager: Jordan Country Program & MENA Region, Europe and the Middle East and serving as a member of the Senior Management Team (SMT), the Communications Officer promotes Habitat for Humanity, its brand and programs in Jordan, to diverse stakeholders, in close coordination and in alignment with the global communications team at the area office. This position will support the Fundraising team in planning, creating and delivering marketing materials to engage potential and existing donors and supporters, including growing Jordan’s tithing portfolio and converting online visitors into givers/donors. The Communications Officer would be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of Habitat Jordan communications/marketing strategy, ensure adherence to Habitat for Humanity’s branding guidelines, brand messaging, marketing materials (online & offline), tithe/individual giving donor relationships (thank you letters), digital content/communications (online income generating campaigns, social media platforms and website), database management and content, material/content design, newsletters, emails, and reports.
