Job Responsibilities :
Supervising DMS/RMS works
Records Management system administration activities
Quality check, indexing and indexing QC of documents & uploading to EDMS application
Preparing index list &DVD for delivery of scanned images
Preparing & QC of inventory reports
Updating RMS application
Preparing reports
Job file preparation
Responsible for responding to technical queries by the customer
Team member – Records management operations
Site Survey and Client meetings to understand customer requirements
On-site project management
Job Requirements :
Diploma or equivalent
Ability to work, lead and manage a team. Committed to team improvement and quality output.
Must have more than 2 years of experience in a related field.
