Guarantee Travel Group is looking to hire Sales Executive/ Manager based in Dubai with the following
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s is a must.
Have min 1-2 years’) experience in corporate sales in Travels & MICE); sales in hotels or in corporate Travel company.
Presentable personality.
Proficiency in English.
Must have UAE driving License.
Good Communication’s and interpersonal skills.
Hand on experience with CRM software is a plus.
Main Duties:
Conduct market research to identify selling possibility and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seek out new sales opportunity through cold calling, networking and social media.
Set up meeting with potential clients and listen to others wishes and concern.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentation on product and services.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitors or conference.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Maintain and update CRM on daily basis.
Should be presentable to handle corporates groups inbound and outbound.
Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume and potential sales.
Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule (Target, new account, return lost account).
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
