Job Summary:
Responsible for providing support to the day to day operation of Human Resources functions, such as Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Evaluation, Employee Relations, Visa Processing and dealing with employee requests regarding HR Services.
Job Description/Purpose:
· Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
· Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
· Assist in organizing annual employee performance reviews
· Preparing Payroll for the monthly salary
· Assist in end to end Recruitment Process.
· Ensure compliance with labor regulations
· Provide support to employees in various HR -related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
· Provides clerical support to the HR.
· Performed such other duties as maybe assigned from time to time by the HR Supervisor and the CEO.
