Job Description
Manager – Performance Management is responsible for design, implementation, and evaluation of talent management and
performance management programs within the organization. This role plays a critical part in identifying, developing, and
retaining top talent, as well as to support the development and improvement of employees identified as low performers,
aiming to enhance their skills and competencies ensuring that performance management processes align with organizational
goals. This role will not only manage the implementation process but also provide guidance and support to HRBPs and other
stakeholders.
Develop and execute talent management strategies, including development, and retention initiatives.
Improve and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback
mechanisms.
Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to identify talent needs and develop succession plans.
Analyze talent data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide guidance and support to managers, employees and HRBPs on talent and performance management matters.
Core Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement talent strategies to retain top talent.
– Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
– Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management best practices.
– Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent and performance management programs, making recommendations for
improvement as needed.
