- To receive customer vehicles for service and repair jobs and raise repair orders in Workshop / Body Shop.
- Technically competent to understand the customer needs and requirements and accordingly raise Service Orders.
- To provide customer support via phone and face to face.
- To provide customer a detailed explanation on jobs to be carried out on vehicle.
- To provide detailed explanation and technical justification for additional repairs with cost estimate and obtain approval from customers.
- To maintain customer contact to ensure smooth delivery of vehicle.
- To advise customers on the required vital jobs.
- To have flair for selling value added services, service contracts and accessories.
- To make every effort to resolve customer complaints and ensure customer has positive ownership experience.
- Regularly follow up with Workshop controller and technicians on his vehicles and update Customers regularly on the job progress and ensure delivery of the vehicle at the promised time.
- To raise warranty approvals
- To raise special orders for parts not available, follow up, and keep customer informed.
- Follow up payments of credit customers and ensure collection within stipulated time.
- Regularly monitor orders raised by him and ensure timely billing.
- Conduct post service follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Comply with safe work practices, with the intent of avoiding injury to themselves.
- Take reasonable care of the health and safety of themselves and others.
- Comply with any direction given by management for health and safety.
- Not misuse or interfere with anything provided for health and safety.
- Report all accidents and incidents on the job immediately, no matter how trivial.
- Report all known or observed hazards to the Service Manager.

Salary: AED6,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
