Job Discription
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for an Administrator and Receptionist for German Emirati Business Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling mail, among other tasks. They will also be responsible for maintaining office operations, coordinating meeting rooms and scheduling appointments, and performing various clerical duties.
Qualifications
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous administrative experience, is preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other standard office equipment.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Must be able to speak at least 3 languages, English Mandatory, Russian language knowledge advantage
