We’re on the lookout for a proactive and results-driven General Manager to lead our Cairo satellite office and support our Corporate Office and team in the United States. As the head of the team, you will play a vital role in growing RPM’s market share by engaging new enterprise publishers, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth. If you’re a trailblazer with a strong understanding of lead generation and the drive to push boundaries, this opportunity is for you!As our Cairo Office head and in charge of our team in Egypt, you are in charge of overseeing everyone and everything at the Office. You will continue to grow RPM’s market share by engaging with and selling our services & platform to new enterprise publishers and harnessing current relationships to drive more impact. Your role will involve developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, cultivating relationships with advertisers and publishers, driving revenue growth, and overseeing a team of affiliate marketing professionals. This is a commercial role where you are P&L responsible and drive business goals for revenue and growth – and help publishers do the same.Key Responsibilities:Build strategic partnerships with publishers and negotiate favorable terms for long-term relationships.Upsell RPM’s marketplace products, including leads, inbound calls, warm transfers, data, and branded campaigns.Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead development to contract negotiation and closing.Cultivate relationships with C-level executives and other decision-makers to drive consensus for deals.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall business objectives.Weekly team meetings and staff training for new hires.Travel to publisher sites and industry events in the US and Europe.An MBA or Master’s Degree is preferred. Qualifications* Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer acquisition and lead generation, preferably in a leadership role.* Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.* P&L responsibility with a track record of managing a budget of 30M EGY+ media spend.* Experience in selling to C-level executives, particularly in marketing departments.* Familiarity with the marketing or advertising technology industry.Experience in media buying and user acquisition is a plus.* Professionally assertive and confident in influencing traditional thinking in an organization.
