We are a Dubai-based software house or web design & development agency and looking for an experienced CTO to join our team.

Attributes:

Must be a forward thinker
Must have at least 8+ years of experience in the software or programming industry ideally in UAE
Must be very good at speaking the English language
Must be a great communicator who can politely communicate with the clients and handle pressure
Must have the capability to give presentations and conduct meetings with prospective clients
Must have project management skills
Having a UAE driving license with a car would be nice
Degree in Computer Science

Responsibilities:

The candidate will be expected to give all the energy and time required to execute the job properly and professionally.
The candidate is required to manage the currently running projects
The candidate is required to communicate with the clients
The candidate is required to manage the teams to get the job done as per the client’s instructions
The candidate will be expected to conduct meetings with prospective clients and do the presentations
Daily reporting and honest communication with the management
