We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager of Digital Marketing to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute impactful online campaigns across various digital channels including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including monitoring performance metrics, analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and continuously identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Work closely with internal teams and external agenci to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
Assist in managing the company’s online presence and brand reputation across digital platforms.
Provide regular reporting and analysis of digital marketing performance to key stakeholders, and make recommendations for improvement.
Assist in managing digital marketing budgets and ensuring campaigns are delivered within budgetary constraints.
Support the development and optimization of the company’s website and other digital assets to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Candidate Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (X years) in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is desirable.
