We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our B2B company, responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in accounting or finance, along with relevant professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA. Prior experience in accounting roles, particularly within the B2B sector, is highly preferred, with proficiency in handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, financial reporting, and tax preparation. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential, along with proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP, as well as Microsoft Excel. The successful candidate should demonstrate integrity, ethical conduct, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Adaptability to evolving financial landscapes and a commitment to continuous learning are also valued attributes.
Candidate Requirement
Candidates for the Accountant position in our B2B company should meet the following requirements:
Education: A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
Professional Certification: Preference will be given to candidates with professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably within a B2B environment. Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, financial reporting, and tax preparation is highly desirable.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP is required. Additionally, candidates should have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records and compliance with regulations.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
