Requirements
We are looking for:
UAE based candidates only.
Must have at least 1-year experience in Sales, preferably in Real Estate industry
Knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Ability to achieve targets
Ability to work independently and as a Team
Highly motivated and goal orientated
Strong negotiation and communication skills
With available School Certificate as required by Ministry of Labor
Your responsibilities will include:
Listing properties for sale and rent
Ensuring sales and rental ads receive the necessary online exposure
Performing comparative market analysis to provide advice on property value
Qualifying clients and conducting viewings
Providing clients with assistance throughout the entire sales process
Preparing necessary documentation to complete transactions
Developing network to become an area specialist in your community
Keeping up to date with market trends and best practices
