WE ARE HIRING!We are looking for an effective store in charge who has warehouse experience to manage stock control and is highly organized. Store in charge that can deal with the busy day-to-day operation of providing the needs of the workshop, anticipate the needs of workers, and ensure that all materials needed for production are provided.Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.Job Responsibilities Strategically manage the store in compliance with company’s policies and vision. Manage stock control. Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them. Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the parts department. Maintains a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department, workshop department, and wholesale accounts. Monitors and adjusts inventory to minimize obsolescence. Oversee receiving, warehousing, and maintenance operations Produce reports of tools regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc) Ensures that all tools are properly tagged with labels to maintain the records and to easily locate the tools. Supervises stock order procedures. Analyzes sales, expenses, and inventory monthly to maintain profit goals. Works with the head of services and workshop head to ensure a timely turnaround of parts/ tools needed for internal jobs. Provides technical assistance to store department employees. Develops and utilizes a lost sales tracking report. Maintains professional appearance.Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Holder• Four to Ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experienced with spare parts warehousing Strong inventory management knowledge Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives Computer literate (Microsoft Office / Excel / Word / PowerPoint) Strong written and verbal communication skills Mathematical skills to help manage the inventory, pricing, and estimates Problem-solving skills to deal with parts inventory issues Previous mechanic or car sales experience Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes loud environment Leadership skills to keep the store department running smoothly Product knowledge to ensure they identify parts correctly and recommend the needed partsSalary: AED2500, negotiable based on experience.For interested applicants, please send your CV to email silber.hratgmail.com or to WhatsApp no.
