Job Description
Conduct regular inspections of building systems and report any potential problems to maintenance personnel. Address system alarms promptly, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems to maintenance personnel. Oversee building access through the BMS, including managing user access levels and implementing security protocols.Generate reports that outline system performance and energy consumption.First fix and Second fix responsible for performing a range of instrumentation and controls equipment maintenance for the HVAC and maintenance systems throughout the facility as well as the repair and maintenance if the BMS network.
