The role involves generating leads offline by actively engaging with the market, and converting these leads into successful partnerships. The Events Sales Manager will operate within Dubai and will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads through proactive offline engagement within the Dubai market.
Build and nurture client relationships to understand their event needs and preferences.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of Freakout Events.
Respond promptly to leads, providing detailed proposals and closing deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in #sales, preferably in the events or related industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
Familiarity with the Dubai events market.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
