Key Functions and Responsibilities:
-
Work in the world renowned CUT by Wolfgang Puck Steakhouse restaurant .

Run the day-to-day operation of the station.
-
Assisting in supporting the restaurant chef in creating and preparing menus items and specials.
-
Checking and completing mise en place and set-up the station.
-
Completing daily requisitions utilizing available systems.
-
Communicating with the Chef de Partie, Sous Chefs regarding menu items, situations or shortages.
-
Working closely with standard recipes and plate presentations in order to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation.

Maintain a good working relationship with other employees, providing instruction and encouragement as needed.

Ensuring a clean, neat and organized work area.

Maintaining a safe working environment and reporting any accident immediately.
