Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Secreta Service Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to senior management and the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Client Interaction: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Office Management: Maintain office organization, manage office supplies, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
Doent Management: Prepare, edit, and proofread doents, reports, and presentations.
Database Management: Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Meeting Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing meetings, conferences, and events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Secretary or Customer Service Executive with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
