– Identify and target potential business banking clients in the UAE market.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
– Understand clients’ financial needs and offer tailored business banking solutions.
– Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting and sales techniques.
– Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of clients.
– Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
– Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree
– Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
– Knowledge of the UAE banking industry and regulatory requirements.
– Self-motivated and results-driven.
– Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
– UAE driving license is preferred.
