Job Description

Greetings from Firstcry !!We are hiring Purchase Executive for Riyadh Location.Job Roles and Resposibilities-

  • Vendor Management
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Purchase & Procurement of Products in the form of?purchase?orders
  • Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule so as to ensure on-time deliveries of final product.
  • ?Implement and monitor the procurement strategies in order to meet the category goal
  • Review and manage the supplier base to ensure consistency of stock supplies.
  • Perform regular performance review with suppliers to drive continuous improvements through customer feedbacks
  • Create monthly performance reviews and reports focusing on overall sourcing requirements.
  • Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions.
  • Ensure RTV s are timely done and tracked
  • Clearance of Payment invoices
  • New product working for buying based on past sales of similar products.
