JOB PURPOSE:
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Communicate the sponsorship and partnership activity to drive internal awareness and enhance engagement
Agree filtering/evaluation criteria for Sponsorship activities based on rationale, audience and objectives for pillars
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Demonstrate compliance to organisation’s values and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a value drive culture within the bank.
Manage and ensure effective implementation of functional policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.

Maintain a positive, productive working relationship with other team members, being proactive, using own initiative and taking ownership of situations
Continuous Improvement
To embrace the voice, attitude, values and integrity of the Brand
Lead the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.

To deliver added value that can be leveraged across all marketing channels
Lead and execute year round programmes that complement our aspiration to inspire FAB’s employees and communities to grow stronger.
Develop effective relationships & maximise ROI ensuring there are clear on-going processes and benchmarks
Govern sponsorships and activations
Develop Sponsorship materials including contracts, proposals, presentations and reports.
Creatively use sponsorship assets to build tactical initiatives that will add genuine value to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure brand and business message integration is clearly articulated in all aspects of sponsorship including on-site branding and activation.
Identify and manage a portfolio of sponsorships, partnerships and activations based on key business requirements and provide a range of assets, collateral and platforms to engage
members, staff and business partners throughout the year
Developing and presenting creative and bespoke partnership proposals.
Create and execute activation proposals that align with the banks strategy.
Manage all contractual rights and work with sponsors to deliver the agreed commercial benefits
