Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Finance Executive-Part time 3 month project in KSA with our consulting partner, for a bank located in Riyadh. The Finance Executive will be responsible to work across any one of these streams

Stream 1

• Preparation of FS as per the requirements of IFRS.
• Reconciliation of Internal/Suspense Accounts
• Assisting the team in preparation of schedules for the purpose of EA i.e. prepaid, accounts receivable and payable, fixed assets, etc.

Stream 2

• Assist team in automation of the procurement process including the recording part of it.
• Process documentation of the procurement process pertaining to Finance department
• Process documentation regarding booking of purchase orders based on invoices or service completion.

Stream 3

• Development of Budget automation solution top down approach.
• Documentation of budget process
• Liaison with the Finance team in developing budget for each department.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and financial skills
• Knowledge in IFRS, Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Goods and Services Tax (GST)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field, PG will be an advantage
• Experience in financial analysis and reporting, with a focus on details
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, manage workload and prioritize deadlines

Relevant experience in financial consulting and/or in financial services industry is a plus.
