Fatstream has partnered with an industry leading shipyard who specialise in servicing the commercial and offshore shipping markets. We have been tasked to source a highly experienced individual to be their new, Head of Shipyard Training Center. Reporting into the Head of HR and on occasion, the Head of L+D, the Head of Shipyard Training Center manages all training related matters at the yard. You will be responsible for identifying training needs, developing training content, work in conjunction with the management team on the implementation of training plans & appraisals and, ensure yard personnel and provided with significant career development opportunities. You will ideally come from a similar role in a yard with 2000+ permanent staff. You will hold an industry related degree (HR, business etc) and have lead a team of training advisors under you. It would be extremely advantageous if you have full ADDIE cycle exposure. On offer is an attractive tax free remuneration including, house, transportation, schooling, flights etc
