Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Admin and Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and driving sales efforts to support our business setup operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client management.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
Prepare and process doents related to business setup, including applications, licenses, and permits.
Maintain organized records and files for all client interactions and transactions.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
Sales Duties:
Identify and reach out to potential clients interested in setting up businesses.
Provide detailed information about our services, packages, and pricing to prospective clients.
Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Prepare and send proposals, invoices, and contracts to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
