Fables Decor and Technical Services L.L.C Looking for Estimator_ Interior and Metal fit out work at Sharjah Full Time

Fables decor and technical services is seeking an experienced Estimator for Interior and Metal fit out work to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the construction industry, along with a proven track record of estimating and costing interior and metal fit out projects.

Responsibilities :

• Review plans, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
• Obtain quotes for materials, equipment, and labour costs.
• Calculate the total cost of interior and metal fit-out projects, including labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Prepare comprehensive estimates and proposals for clients.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure estimates meet project requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and suppliers to clarify project details and timelines.
• Attend meetings and site visits as required.
• Monitor project budgets and costs throughout the project and provide regular updates to the project team.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend value engineering solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and pricing changes.

Requirements :

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 2 to 3 years of experience as a construction estimator, with a focus on both interior and metal fit-out work.
• Familiarity with different building materials, finishes, methods, and standards
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• A valid UAE driving license.
